Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd invites eligible tenderers to submit proposals to deliver an estimated three hundred million (300,000,000) tons of coal to Majuba Power Station.
CLOSING DATE: 3 July 2024 at 10am
Under the terms of the tender, the tenderer will supply the coal to Majuba Power Station in Mpumalanga, South Africa for approximately twenty-six (26) years.
The enquiry documents are supplied to you free of charge.
Eskom has delegated the responsibility for this tender to the Eskom representative whose name and contact details are set out in the tender data. A proposal submission in response to the request for proposal will be deemed as your acceptance of the Eskom Standard Conditions of Tender.

A non-compulsory clarification meeting will be held on 24 May 2024 from 10am to 12pm (South African Standard Time) on Microsoft Teams.
Tenderers must confirm their intention to attend the clarification meeting with the Eskom representative stating the name, position and contact details of each proposed attendee by 21 May 2024 to receive an invite to the meeting.
