Tullow Oil PLC – Africa and South America-focused oil and gas exploration company – Launches tender offer for a portion of its 2025 senior notes for a consideration of up to USD75.0 million. Says tender offer is part of its plan to “optimise and proactively manage” its cash, debt profile and capital structure.
Adds, it is considering all options regarding its interest in the Espoir field in Ivory Coast. Says no commitments have been made.
