The South African Institute of Government Auditors (Saiga) is conducting a probity due diligence investigation into one of its members, Ekurhuleniâs head of internal audit, Phillip Rakgwale, following allegations that he tampered with the findings of a R1.8-billion chemical toilet tender audit.
