“I broke no law. I am being persecuted.”
So says embattled former Eskom interim chief executive Matshela Koko after the State pleaded for a postponement in the corruption case involving R2.2 billion at the Kusile power station.
Magistrate Stanley Jacobs granted the State a two-week postponement to complete its investigation instead of the lengthy one requested by prosecutor advocate Tiny Seboko.
